Andalusia Islamic Center

Islamic Education

Andalusia Islamic Center is a department of the Muslim American Society (MAS) of New York. It serves as a facility for Muslim community members that seek an environment of faith and service. It functions on the five daily prayers, the Jummah congregation, and an Arabic Weekend School for children.
وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ قَوْلاً مِّمَّن دَعَا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحاً وَقَالَ إِنَّنِي مِنَ
الْمُسْلِمِينَ
“And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah and does righteousness and says, “Indeed, I am of the Muslims.”
Andalusia Islamic Center engages children, youth, and adults through educational, spiritual, recreational, and social activities. Our core values are faith, service, and justice. AIC facilitates programs that not only educate their attendees but create an environment of unity and kinship. Regardless of gender, race, color, or political affiliation, Andalusia Islamic Center strives to create a dynamic, coexisting society.

“And let there arise from among you a group of people inviting to all that is good and forbidding all that is evil. It is they who will attain true success.”

— Qur’an 3:104
